Auditor Controller Forms Library

Our goals in creating the forms library were:

• to provide one central place to find official forms used by the Auditor-Controller's Office
• to reduce the expense of pre-printed forms, and
• to simplify the process of filling out and submitting forms.

Most forms in this library are auto-launching PDF files! We added some edit checking and totaling capablilites when possible to make the process as easy and helpful as possible.  All of these forms can be filled out online, but must be printed and signed before submitting.
