Employees can create, display, change, delete and review the status of their health and dependent care claims through Employee Self Service (ESS) FSA/ITS Claims.

You must print a summary sheet, sign it and attach copies of all your receipts prior to sending to the Auditor's Controller's Office for reimbursement. Place the information in a sealed envelope marked, PERSONAL & CONFIDENTIAL, and send to A/C Payroll Div.
