About the Unit:
The District Attorney Economic Crime Unit was created in 1989 as the Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) Check Restitution and Prosecution Unit. This Unit serves as the primary investigative unit for all non-sufficient fund checks passed in our county. The Unit also serves as the Small Claims Court Advisory and advises on consumer issues.
