There are three branches of the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court. Each branch has a small claims division.

Check with each branch to determine on which dates Small Claims cases are heard. Night court is available one Thursday night each month at the San Luis Obispo Branch. Check with the clerk of the court for more details or check on-line at www.slocourts.net
