This service provides information on how to remove an elective officer (elected official) from office.

Who can use this service?
All of the required proponents of a recall must be registered voters who, based on their residence, are qualified to vote for the office of the elected official they seek to recall.
Is there a charge for this service?
This service is provided free of charge.
When and where is this service offered?
This service is available anytime throughout the year at the Clerk-Recorder office in San Luis Obispo during regular business hours except during County-observed holidays.
