JOIN THE COALITION
To help our county respond and recover quickly from emergencies, the San Luis Obispo County Public Health Emergency Preparedness Program (PHEP) invites healthcare entities to join in planning for disasters. Follow the steps below to join:
1) Submit the Emergency Preparedness Partner Information Form along with  
2) The signed SLO Healthcare Coalition MOU to support timely resource and information sharing among healthcare entities in emergencies.
3) Attend Public Health Emergency Preparedness San Luis Obispo Disaster Health Care Coalition meetings (see the DHCC and HPP 2018 Meeting Schedule) to collaborate with other healthcare partners.
4) Enroll in the California Health Alert Network (see CAHAN Enrollment Eform) to receive public health alerts and messages.
