Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank System Installation Permitting

This service allow you to provide a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) prior to construction or modification of an Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank system.  Required segments of the SPCC plan specify system design, construction and code requirements. Approval of the plan is necessary to ensure proper equipment and installation in addition to building and fire code requirements.

This service is required for facilities installing or modifying an Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank system within San Luis Obispo County.
