Hazardous Materials Facility - Ownership Transfer - Authorization/Permitting

Who can use this service?

This service is available to all new prospective owners, representatives, or existing owners looking to provide information to buyers.

Is there a charge for this service?

No fee is required for verbal consultation for new prospective owners. Once it is determined that the site meets requirements to be regulated by the Environmental Health Services Division, facilities where hazardous materials above threshold quantities are handled and stored, are subject to annual fees for inspection and regulation.  Routine inspection fees are included in the cost of the annual health fee. However, chargeable reinspections may be necessary as determined by the results of the routine inspection. When and where is this service offered?

This service is available throughout the year during regular business hours except during scheduled holidays.
