What is this service?
The County of San Luis Obispo’s Energy Watch Partnership (SLOEW) helps local government agencies reduce energy cost, use, and demand, and decrease greenhouse gas emissions through its energy management programs. SLOEW provides local government agencies with energy management services including monitoring, engineering and technical support, and incentive and financing coordination.
Who can use this service?
This service is provided for local government agencies including the County of San Luis Obispo, incorporated cities, and special districts.
Is there a charge for this service?
There are no fees for energy management services, assessments, initial project scope development, or quality assurance/control. However, project implementation (equipment purchases and installation) requires a capital outlay.
When and where is this service offered?
This service is available throughout the year during regular business hours except during scheduled holidays.
