Airport Land Use Commission

Duties

The Airport Land Use Commission has two basic duties:

  1. To prepare and adopt airport land use plans for each airport within its jurisdiction (Oceano County Airport, Paso Robles Municipal Airport, and San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport); and
  2. To review actions proposed by local cities and counties that would affect land uses within the vicinity of an airport for consistency with the land use plan for that airport.

Meetings

The Commission typically meets the third Wednesday of each month at 1:30 PM in the Board of Supervisors Chambers at the County Government Center.
