If any traffic control, route markers, road/lane closures, pre-event advertising, participant fee, or event activities takes place in County Right-of-Way.

Anyone can use this service.
Is there a charge for this service?
If participant fee, vendors or not exempt per Title 13.08.055. General Encroachment Permit Fee applies.
If non-profit or tax exempt organization per Title 13.08.055, no permit fee applies.
If required, fee is required prior to permit issuance. Fee is payable at Public Works counter or via USPS.
When and where is this service offered?
This service is available throughout the year during regular business hours except during scheduled holidays.
