How long is the program?

52 weeks as described in Penal Code section 1203.097.

How much does it cost?

• 75 dollars for assessment,
• 35 a class,
• 50 for exit interview.

Where are the classes?

The classes are located throughout the county, except for Women's Group which is in SLO.

What happens if I do not attend?

You will be returned to Court for a probation violation hearing. Consequences that the Court can impose include additional treatment classes, jail time or prison (for those convicted of a felony).
