How do I claim Victim Restitution?

My Probation has been terminated or expired, do I still have to pay my bill?

Yes, unless all totals have been removed from your account by court order. 

Are parents responsible for the financial terms of the minor's court order?

Yes, in issues of victim restitution, and juvenile hall reimbursement, and attorney appointed subject to reimbursement. 

Is there interest charged on my Probation Bill?

Yes, on victim restitution balance at 10% per year until paid in full. 

I've gone to prison for violating probation, why do I still owe money?

Certain expenses were incurred prior to your original grant of probation and need to be reimbursed. 

What happens if I don't pay?

Non-payment may result in escalation of collection enforcement against your assets, including but not limited to your bank accounts, your wages, and other real and personal property, it may also result in a warrant being issued.

I don't know what information to put on my Financial Declaration, can you help me fill it out?
