August 23, 2007: A corrigenda change has been submitted by Public Works staff for the August 28, 2007 Board of Supervisors Meeting.  After reviewing the impacts of administering a Proposition 218 ballot process with County Counsel, staff of the Clerk's Office and Bond Counsel, in regard to the issue of removing property owner names from the assessment ballots, it has been determined that a special exception for the Los Osos Proposition 218 ballot proceedings cannot be made, and staff is recommending the assessment ballots have the names of the property owners, as instructed by California Government Code 53753.
