Many gathered at the future Intake site of the Nacimiento Water Project to celebrate the beginning of the Project's long-awaited construction phase and to honor the hard work and dedication that has made the Project a success thus far.

Nacimiento Project Manager, John Hollenbeck, initiates the ceremony with a brief history of the Project, which dates back to 1959.
