COASTAL DUNES & OCEANO CAMPGROUNDINFORMATION
Coastal Dunes RV Park is located on Highway 1 on the scenic Central Coast of California. There are a host of park features to accommodate your RV camping needs and in addition to these activities, you can venture out to a myriad of local attractions.
We're located across the street from Oceano Dunes and next to the Grover Beach Amtrack Station with the railroad tracks running adjacent to the park. Oceano Dunes provides excellent terrain for the off-road thrillseekers and there's plenty of sandy beach for the sunbather or an evening stroll. Up the coast you can visit the historical Hearst Castle in San Simeon or visit the Central Coast's local wineries. San Luis Obispo County offers plenty of activities for all visitors to enjoy.
Effective October 1, 2006, San Luis Obispo County Parks began new management of Coastal Dunes RV Park (formerly Sand & Surf RV Park). We look forward to providing exceptional customer service for those staying with us here on the beautiful Central Coast.
The park features 232 level, green campsites to accommodate full hook-up for RV's up to 40 feet. Pull-through sites feature electric (some 50 amp), water, sewer and cable TV hook-ups. Back-in sites include electric, water and swere. Please note that this park is adjacent to the railroad tracks with an Amtrack Station just up the road.
Throughout the park there are restrooms, hot shower facilities, and laundromats. If outdors is more your style we have a heated swimming pool located near the entrance to the park.
