Current Temporary Events Ordinance

Current Definition: Temporary Events (land use). Any use of a structure or land for an event for a limited period of time where the site is not to be permanently altered by grading or construction of accessory facilities. Events include but are not limited to art shows, rodeos, religious revivals, tent camps, outdoor festivals and concerts.
