Nursery Program

Our Nursery Program strives to insure that our nurseries are selling clean, healthy and properly identified plants to their customers. We also regulate and facilitate the movement of nursery stock. We issue Nursery Stock Certificates for both interstate and intrastate shipping. We also issue Snail-Free Master Permit Compliance Agreements for shipping to states that regulate European Brown Garden Snail.

A Nursery License is required by State Law if you are selling, or trading plants. If your sales are less than $1000 per fiscal year, you will be issued a Fee Exempt License. Contact us for information and applications.
