The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors prepares and maintains all the minutes, records and documents from Air Pollution Control District meetings. All documents received are maintained in the Clerk-Recorder's Office and are available for public inspection.
The minutes of the Air Pollution Control District meetings are a summary of each item that was scheduled for a particular meeting date. The Clerk of the Board maintains tape/CD recordings of each meeting in addition to these minutes. The tapes/CDs are considered the official transcript of the meeting. If you wish to schedule an appointment to listen to a particular item or meeting, call 781-5245. Copies of these tapes/CDs are available, for a fee, at the Clerk-Recorder's Office. Fee can be found on the Fee Schedule (pdf).
