Atascadero School Placement Empowerment Network

Vision:

The vision of ASPEN is to establish a proactive plan for youth in need of foster placement within their home school community.

Mission:

The mission of ASPEN is to develop and maintain a plentiful network of pre-approved families/homes within the home school community the youth attends, with people familiar to the youth to be available if and when the need for foster placement should arise.
