An educational program for first time driving under the influence participants who may have a BAL (Blood Alcohol Level) below .08. The program consists of six (6) two hour educational classes and five AA or other self-help meetings. There are no restricted driving privileges with this program.

Clients are advised to contact the Department of Motor Vehicles prior to registration in Wet Reckless DUI Program to assure that DMV and issuing Court agree on program requirements. For more information please contact our office.
