There are two programs for Young Adults from 18 through 20 who have a DUI offense with a BAL of .01 or higher, or who refuse testing. YAP1 participants complete a course with six educational sessions, and required AA sessions. The YAP2 Program is comprised of 10 educational sessions, three individual meetings, five group counseling sessions and AA/Self-Help attendance.
Young Adult Program Level 1 clients are advised to contact the Department of Motor Vehicles prior to registration in YAP 1 DUI Program to assure that DMV and issuing Court agree on program requirements. For more information please contact our office.
