Intensive Mental Health Services (also known as AB 3015 or Chapter 26.5):

These services are provided to children and their families when they have been reviewed and accepted by one of the SAFE committees. The basic criteria for providing these intensive home and school-based services are that the child is at imminent risk of an out-of-home placement, and that less-intensives services have not been effective.
