Interagency System of Care (SAFE-SOC):

This is a grant-funded program helps provide treatment to seriously emotionally disturbed children at imminent risk for an out-of-home placement. There are currently three separate SAFE-SOC teams, in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Arroyo Grande.  The team at each location reviews cases of youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement and form treatment plans to help stabilize them at home, if possible.
