Most employees who are required to be "on call," or to work regularly scheduled shifts, portions of which fall between 5 pm and 7 am, may be eligible for pay differentials. Most employees filling positions where bilingual skills are required receive $40.00 or $80.00 per month differential pay based on utilization.
