Soils Investigation Policy Update

If you are building within the county, please review our 2007 Soils Investigation Policy. This policy will aid you in determining if you will need a soils report or if you are exempt. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 805-781-5600 and ask to speak with a Plan Checker.
