Easy Fill-In Construction Permit Application Form is Now Available

We're providing a new Construction Permit Application form that can be filled-in and saved using the free Acrobat Reader software.  You'll need to have Acrobat Reader versions 8 or 9 to use this feature.

Would you like to comment on an upcoming Planning Commission item?  We have a new electronic form for easy comment submittal.

Homeless Services Oversight Council

View Information and download an application form for the newly created "Homeless Services Oversight Council."  The application is due by July 24, 2009. 

Strategic Growth Policies Adopted

On April 28, 2009, the Board of Supervisors adopted Strategic Growth principles, policies and strategies as part of the General Plan. These landmark changes will now guide planning to sustain resources, avoid sprawl and environmental impacts, and provide more housing and transportation choices.  

The Housing Element Public Review Draft

The Public Review Draft Housing Element is now available for public review and comment.

Conservation and Open Space Element (COSE) and Draft EIR

The Public Hearing Draft Conservation and Open Space Element (COSE) and Draft EIR are now available for public review and comment.
