10 Year Plan to End Homelessness

The 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness (6.7 MB download) and appendices (large download -12.9 MB) are a result of collaboration from cities, the County, agencies and individuals throughout San Luis Obispo County, aimed at improving the county's approach to homelessness.

 

Homeless Services Oversight Council (HSOC)

The HSOC is an advisory committee created by the County of San Luis Obispo.  It meets every other month starting in January. The committee consists of twenty four members including a representative from each city council and the Board of Supervisors, County government service providers, non-profit service providers, affordable housing devlopers, local businesses, law enforcement, a local academic institution, a local health provider, the faith community, and interested community members.
