10-Year Plan to End Homelessness

 The 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness (6.7 MB download) and appendices (large download -12.9 MB) are a result of collaboration from cities, the County, agencies and individuals throughout San Luis Obispo County, aimed at improving the county's approach to homelessness.

Homeless Services Oversight Council (HSOC)

The HSOC is an advisory committee created by the County of San Luis Obispo.  It meets from 1-3 pm at the San Luis Obispo Veteran's Hall every other month starting in January. The committee consists of twenty seven members including a representative from each city council and the Board of Supervisors, County government service providers, non-profit service providers, affordable housing devlopers, local businesses, law enforcement, academic institutions, a local health provider, the faith community, a homeless or formerly homeless person, and interested community members.
