Building Project Checklist
This list defines questions to ask County staff and related agencies that regulate construction projects when discussing a potential building project.
Construction Permit Application
The Construction Permit Application includes Consent of Landowner form, the Construction Permit Application, a Division of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) clearance form, and an Information Disclosure form. You must also visit the State Water Resources Control Board "GeoTracker" on the web to verify whether your project is on a known hazardous waste and substances site (pursuant to AB3750). This information must be disclosed prior to permit issuance.
