E-Permit Application and On-Line Inspection Scheduling

How to Apply

Before you apply you will need a valid major credit card, driving directions to the work site, and the ability to print your receipt and your building permit.

Start Here:
Online Permit Application
The building permit will become null and void if authorized construction work is not started within 360 days, or if construction is suspended or abandoned for 180 days or more any time after construction has commenced.

Schedule an Inspection

Once the majority of the work has been completed, and before any of it is covered or enclosed, you must schedule an inspection! If you do not schedule an inspection, you could be required to uncover the work (i.e. dig up piping or open up drywall) so that it can be inspected. There are two ways to schedule your inspection.  You may either call 788-2076 to schedule an inspection through our automated inspection scheduling line, or you may schedule your inspection on-line. More information on how to schedule an inspection is available at: Information on Inspections
