County facilities provide services for the benefit of all county residents.  As the service population increases, so does the demand for county facilities.  As developers build new homes and non-residential buildings, the county must provide proportional amounts of facilities to serve this new development if it is to maintain existing standards.  This report documents the amount and cost of new capital facilities required to serve new development in unincorporated areas through the year 2025.  Read about it here:
