Phillips 66 Company Rail Spur Extension Project

 The next Phillips 66 meeting will be at the Sept 22, 2016 Planning Commission Hearing for a continued hearing (message updated Aug 18, 2016)

The County Planning Commission has begun the hearing process for the Phillips 66 rail spur project.  The Commission has met a total of six times; February 4th and 5th, February 25th, March 11th April 15th and May 16th 2016.  In their last meeting of May 16th, the Commission asked to continue the hearing until September 22nd and bring back additional findings and conditions of approval for their review.  The Commission has not made a final decision on the project, and will continue their discussion on September 22nd.   The Planning Department will be issuing a Staff Report approximately 7 - 10 days prior to the Sept. 22 hearing.  If there are any questions regarding the processing of this application please contact Ryan Hostetter at (805) 788-2351.
