The Board of Supervisors continued the public hearing from December 4, 2012 to a date uncertain in the future. No action was taken to approve or deny the proposed ordinance amendments. The existing ag cluster ordinance is still in effect.

November 2012

The proposed changes to the Agriculture Cluster Subdivision ordinance were considered by the Board of Supervisors on November 13, 2012 (materials from the November 13, 2012 Board of Supervisors hearing can be found here). The public hearing was continued to December 4, 2012. The proposed ordinances recommended by the Planning Commission and being considered by the Board and Final EIR are listed below.
