Construction of the approved 250 megawatt photovoltaic solar power plant on the Carrizo Plain is underway. Due to the size, complexity and length of the construction period for the project, monitoring during construction is being conducted by the County. This website is intended to provide the public useful information relating to this project. The Current Status Sheet provides a brief history and status of the project.
