Pre-Application Meeting Request Form

Thank you for your inquiry to schedule a pre-application meeting. Please provide the information requested below in order for staff to perform research in preparation for your upcoming pre-application meeting. In addition to submitting the mandatory request form, fee payment must be received in advance. The fee is required to be submitted to the Planning and Building Department no later than one week prior to the date of the scheduled meeting. (Procedure implemented 7/29/08).

Upon receiving your completed pre-application meeting request form, our first available meeting dates and times will be provided. Additionally, the fee amount due will be confirmed and any questions will be answered or directed to appropriate staff.
