After April 11, 2016, Unpaid 2nd Installments of the Annual Property Tax Bill are Delinquent and Must be Paid with Penalties


After the Delinquency Date of April 11, 2016, California law requires that a 10% penalty be imposed on unpaid 2nd installments. Additionally, a $20 Delinquency Cost is also imposed on unpaid 2nd installments after April 11, 2016. Please note, the 2nd installment cannot be paid before the 1st installment.
