If I am low income, can I file this Affidavit and get an exemption from property tax?
This affidavit is a supplemental form that should be filed along with the Claim for Welfare Exemption form (for a first filing) or the Annual Claim for Welfare Exemption form (for an annual filing). Please see the section on Welfare Exemptions for more information.
