Description
The Nipomo Community Services District provides water, wastewater, solid waste, street lighting (Blacklake Division), and limited drainage services.
Assessment District 2020-1 was formed in an effort to reduce overall sewer costs for the Blacklake area by consolidating two wastewater systems, connecting the Blacklake Sewer System to the Town Sewer System. The charge is levied annually until the issued bonds mature. The final maturity date is September 2, 2050.
