The Department of Child Support Services recognizes the unique challenges that many are experiencing during these times, and is here to help.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted everyone in different ways and the County of San Luis Obispo Department of Child Support Services (SLO DCSS) recognizes the unique challenges that many are experiencing during these times.  SLO DCSS is here to help and has modified operations to increase accessibility of services and remain connected to customers.  All court proceedings are now occurring over Zoom which eliminates the need to travel to the courthouse in downtown San Luis Obispo and expedites the court hearing process.  Court attendees can make their appearance from the comfort of their own home and have an opportunity to discuss circumstances of their case directly with the SLO DCSS attorney. Zoom also makes it possible for SLO DCSS to connect face to face with clients and you can request a Zoom meeting with your worker by emailing [email protected] or calling 866-901-3212.
