What is this service?
This service provides access to the online portal used to file the Fair Political Practices Commission Statement of Economic Interests, Form 700. See the Reference section for additional information about Statement of Economic Interests filing and the NetFile Filer Login link.
If you are a Statement of Economic Interests Coordinator for your district, department, board or commission, use the SEI Coordinator Login link to monitor the filings for your organization. Contact the Clerk-Recorder office if you need a username and password.
Who can use this service?
This service is available to designated County employees, elected County officials, County Counsel, County Administrator, District Attorney, County Treasurer, Board of Supervisors, Planning Commissioners, employees and elected officials of school, and special districts and appointees to specific boards who are designated in their agency’s Conflict of Interest Code are required to file Statements of Economic Interests.

This service is available online 24 hours a day. If you have any questions, contact the Clerk-Recorder office in San Luis Obispo during regular business hours except during County-observed holidays.
