This service provides information on requesting and purchasing voter and election information data.
Who can use this service?
Voter information may be provided to a candidate for office, a ballot measure committee, or other person for election, scholarly, journalistic, political, or governmental purposes, as determined by the Secretary of State.
Statement of Permissible Uses of Personal Information, California Elections Code, Division 2, Section 2157.2
Information on your voter registration affidavit will be used by elections officials to send you official information on the voting process, such as the location of your polling place and the issues and candidates that will appear on the ballot. Commercial use of voter registration information is prohibited by law and is a misdemeanor. If you have any questions about the use of voter information or wish to report suspected misuse of such information, visit the California Secretary of State's website for information on how to report a complaint.

When and where is this service offered?
This service is available anytime throughout the year at the Clerk-Recorder office in San Luis Obispo during regular business hours except during County-observed holidays.
