Community Services and Supports (CSS)

Featured News

Implemented in 2005, the San Luis Obispo County's Community Services and Supports (CSS) plan focuses on children and families, transitional aged youth (TAY), adults, and older adults who have the most severe and persistent mental illnesses or serious emotional disturbances. It also serves those who are at risk of homelessness, jail, or other institutionalization because of their mental illness. The CSS plan provides help to under served communities who have difficulty getting the help they need for themselves or their families when they have a serious mental health issue.

Current Community Services and Supports (CSS) work plans Include:

  1. Child and Youth Full Service Partnership (collaboration with Family Care Network)
  2. Transitional Age Youth Sull Service Partnership (collaboration with Family Care Network)
  3. Adult Full Service Partnership (collaboration with Transitions Mental Health Association)
  4. Older Adult Full Service Partnership (collaboration with Wilshire Community Services)
