Adult Mental Health First Aid

Behavioral Health is offering FREE Mental Health First Aid for a limited time only! Take advantage of this free, $140 value and learn how you can best support your family, friends, and neighbors as a Mental Health First Aider!

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This 7.5 hour training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care.

Mental Health First Aid participants will complete a 2-hour self-paced online course and then participate in a 5.5 hour, instructor-led, live virtual class using videoconferencing technology. Note: All online coursework (2-hour self-paced portion) must be completed before the instructor-led training

The training is FREE but registration is required.

You can register by filling out this online form.
