45-DAY FORMAL PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

CALIFORNIA ACCIDENTAL RELEASE PREVENTION PROGRAM RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN

 

DOCUMENT REVIEW

Pursuant to the State of California Code of Regulations, Title 19, Division 2, Chapter 4.5, Section 2745.2(c), the County of San Luis Obispo, Environmental Health Services, as the administering agency for the California Accidental Release Prevention Program (CalARP), has finished completeness reviews of the Risk Management Plans (RMP) for the following facilities for the handling of:

Public review period: 3/3/2023 to 4/17/2023

 

The RMP is now available for public review and comment at the address below.  The formal public comment period will last for 45 calendar days commencing with the date of this publication. Appointments to review the Risk Management Plan must be made with Linnea Chandler of Environmental Health Services Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the address below. Photo identification is required at the time of document review.
