Who can use this service?
This service is available to all Cottage Food Operation Class B operators either confirmed as required to be regulated by the Environmental Health Services Division or new Cottage Food Operation Class B operators looking to obtain an initial inspection to receive a health permit.
Is there a charge for this service?
Annual Health Permit fees are required for Cottage Food Operation Class B operators regulated by the Environmental Health Services Division. The fee provides one routine inspection and one reinspection. Additional chargeable inspections may be required if compliance is not achieved during the routine and first reinspection.
