This service is required for all Underground Storage Tank Facilities regulated by Environmental Health Services.

Is there a charge for this service?

Annual permit fees are required for Underground Storage Tank Facilities regulated by Environmental Health Services. The fee provides regulatory compliance oversight, one annual routine inspection, one reinspection, and one triennial secondary containment inspection. Additional chargeable inspections may be required if compliance is not achieved during the reinspection. Inspections are performed throughout the year during regular business hours except during scheduled holidays.
