CALIFORNIA ACCIDENTAL RELEASE PREVENTION PROGRAM RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN

 

DOCUMENT REVIEW

Pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code Section 25535.2 and California Code of Regulations, Title 19, Division 2, Chapter 4.5, Section 2745.2 (c), the County of San Luis Obispo, Environmental Health Services is the administering agency for the California Accidental Release Prevention Program (CalARP).

There are no Risk Management Plans (RMPs) currently accepting public comment. Accepted RMPs are available for review.

Appointments to review the Risk Management Plan must be made with Linnea Chandler of Environmental Health Services Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the address below. Photo identification is required at the time of document review.
