Adult Justice/Court Mandated Programs

Who can use this service?

Anyone can use this service who has a substance use disorder and criminal justice involvement that is in need of assistance. Program participants must have a substance use disorder and not be under the current physician care or with a pain management clinic. Program participants must be 18 years or older.

For FTC, the Drug and Alcohol participant must have a juvenile court dependency case.

Is there a charge for this service?

This service is provided free of charge for Medi-Cal beneficiaries and on a reasonable sliding fee scale.

Income levels and household size are assessed and fees are determined upon a percentage.
Medi-Cal beneficiaries' fees are covered by Medi-Cal.

When and where is this service offered?

This service is available throughout the year during regular business hours except during scheduled holidays. 

DEJ, P-36, and FTC are available in the four (4) Drug and Alcohol Services locations in Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo/Johnson Ave, and Grover Beach. ADC is only available in the San Luis Obispo clinic and PRTS is available in the Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, and Grover Beach clinics.

FTC is held every Monday from 12:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m. If interested, referral must be made through Drug and Alcohol counselor and/or Social Worker.
