Service Desk

The front line of the Information Technology Department's (ITD) services is the IT Service Desk. Staffed with a technical team during normal business hours and providing support to County Departments 24x7x365. The IT Service Desk seeks to provide professional, efficient departmental support for PC desktops, mobile devices, logins and passwords, application use, website modifications, and general user issues.
