November 27th Staff Report and Revised Ordinances Released

The staff report, attachments, and revised ordinances relating to cannabis activities in the unincorporated areas of SLO County are now available for review.

The Board of Supervisors held a continued public hearing on November 7, 2017 to establish regulations for cannabis activities in the unincorporated areas of SLO County and will continue its discussion at a special hearing on November 27, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. The Board will consider proposed ordinances that incorporate the tentative "straw" votes taken on October 17, October 20, and November 7, 2017. The Board may consider taking public comment on the proposed final ordinance. 

The staff report, attachments, and revised ordinances, based on the Board’s tentative straw votes, are now available online. The revised ordinances can also be viewed on the Department of Planning and Building’s cannabis webpage.
