Oak Woodland Ordinance Adopted

The Board of Supervisors adopted a permanent Oak Woodland Ordinance on April 11, 2017.

On April 11, 2017, the Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance to amend Title 22 of the Land Use Ordinance, establishing Chapter 22.58 (Oak Woodland Ordinance) and amending § 22.06.020 and Table 2-2 to regulate the clear-cutting of oak woodlands. The ordinance took effect on May 11, 2017.
